Sustainability Dimensions of Imported Hydrogen

As part of the Climate Dialogue, the TU Berlin is organising a Climate Dialogue Stakeholder Exchange on hydrogen import. Based on the German goal of climate neutrality until 2045, a relevant part of the energy mix will likely be constituted by hydrogen. Roman Mendelevitch from the Öko-Institut will give an input on the "Sustainability dimensions of imported hydrogen" talking about the necessity of sustainability criteria in this sector, based, among other things, on the following working paper. Further input will come from Dr. Hanna Brauers from the FFF project, in which the decarbonization of European electricity sectors was researched.

The goal of this event is especially, but not exclusively, the exchange with civil society organisations and NGOs.
